All services provided by Us to You are subject to our Terms together with any appendices or schedules, as amended from time to time, which define the basis on which Bloomsbury Money LLC (“We” or “Us”) will collect fees from the party listed on the signature page (“You” or “Participant”) of the Participant Agreement.
